We discovered a wet bathroom floor upon arrival, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and even offered us a complimentary drink. The beds were electric adjustable, which was a unique touch. The shower was impressive, and the location in the heart of the historic center was perfect. The breakfast, although basic, was enjoyable. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was fun and uniquely decorated, which was a refreshing change from the usual cookie-cutter luxury hotels. The hotel is located in the heart of the historic center, on a charming square shaded by several Sycamore trees. It is very close to the city center, with plenty of nearby dining options. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a fantastic variety of choices, including eggs from the hotel's own chickens. Additionally, the hotel provided free parking, which was a great convenience.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel during our Christmas vacation. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. the location was convenient, being close to various attractions and restaurants. the hotel had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for the holiday season.
There were a few aspects that we were not satisfied with. the room lacked basic amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, which would have been nice during the cold winter days.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, just by a canal, making it extremely close to the city centre. The rooms are charming and cozy, with some having unique themes like Zen-Japanese style. The staff are friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The location couldn't be better - it's just a short stroll to all the main attractions. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh products and even homemade bread.
